All of you “Hannah Montana” fans take heart. It looks like there’s a new album on the way from teen superstar Miley Cyrus.

The “Start All Over” singer is coming off of a majorly successful year in 2007, and it doesn’t look like she’ll be slowing down anytime soon.

For one, she’s slated to host the 2008 Country Music Television Music Awards, along with just having scored some serious box office numbers for her concert film.

And this 15-year-old tour de force is definitely coming into her own as a major Hollywood hottie. She was spotted coming out of a recording studio in Studio City, California yesterday sporting a midriff-bearing white t-shirt and some figure-flattering jeans.

Afterwards, Miley and a friend headed to a Mexican restaurant and picked up some food to go, before Miss Cyrus headed home to chat it up with mom for a minute.

Miley Cyrus and dad Billy Ray were spotted in an adorable father-daughter moment on Wednesday, tending to a stray dog in Los Angeles.

The Hannah Montana co-stars reportedly “looked after the stray before reuniting the pet to its owner near their home.”
