Stepping out for charitable reasons, Miley Cyrus hit up the “A Time for Heroes Celebrity Carnival” at Wadsworth Theater in Los Angeles, California on Sunday (June 7).

Sponsored by Disney, the “Hannah Montana” starlet smiled as she posed on the arrivals carpet before mingling with a fill house of fellow celebrities in attendance.
