Drivers of Southern California, look out! Miley Cyrus is loose on the streets, and last night she was spotted making her way to a beauty appointment.
The “Hannah Montana” hottie drove up to the Sunlounge Tanning Salon in Toluca Lake, California for a fake baking session, setting a good example for her fans by making sure to use her seatbelt.
